Job Description:

Conceptualize, develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive strategy for agri-based rural development project and skilling with community participation for the benefit of small and landless farmers and their families, aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
Work closely with government agencies, community-based organizations, and other stakeholders to build partnerships and mobilize resources for program implementation.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of program managers and specialists, ensuring that they are delivering high-quality programs and services to communities across project locations.
Ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of program activities, with a focus on impact assessment and continuous improvement.
Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
Engage and collaborate with YP functions (internal), Fundraising Team, Sponsors/Donors to drive support to the field teams in their project execution.
Foster a culture of innovation, learning, process orientation, system adoption and collaboration within the program team with a clear focus on building strong and motivated performance oriented teams.

Job Requirements:

15 years of experience in designing and implementing integrated rural development programs including hands-on experience in engaging with farmers on Agriculture and Livestock at a ground level.
High energy and strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.
Experience with budget management, grant writing, and fundraising.
