Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned growth leader to drive scale and efficiency across Paid Marketing, CRM, and Referral channels , with a strong focus on mid-funnel optimization . This role will own strategy, execution, and performance across channels that convert intent into outcomes, while building systems that are scalable, data-driven, and ROI-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale Paid Marketing (Search, Social, Display, Performance Channels) with a sharp focus on mid-funnel metrics such as engagement, qualification, and conversion quality.
- Lead CRM strategy across email, WhatsApp, push, SMS, and automation to improve nurturing, re-engagement, and conversion rates.
- Build and grow a Referral ecosystem , driving high-intent acquisition through advocacy-led programs.
- Define and optimize mid-funnel journeys (lead to qualified lead / MQL to SQL), improving drop-offs and time-to-conversion.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Tech teams to align funnel goals and improve handoffs.
- Own budgets, forecasting, CAC, ROI, and performance dashboards across channels.
- Design and execute A/B tests, experimentation frameworks, and funnel optimization initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team across Paid, CRM, and Growth Ops.
- Drive automation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing at scale.
Key Requirements
- 810 years of experience in performance marketing / growth , with leadership exposure.
- Strong hands-on and strategic experience in Paid Marketing, CRM, and Referral programs .
- Proven expertise in mid-funnel optimization and lead lifecycle management.
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, and experimentation .
- Experience working in high-growth, data-driven environments (edtech, fintech, consumer internet preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
