Brief Role Summary

We are looking for a senior professional who can originate and close large structured lease finance deals (500 Cr+) by engaging CXOs, CFOs, promoters, OEMs, and lenders. The role requires strong strategic relationship building, deal structuring expertise, and the ability to influence enterprise-level funding decisions.

Key Focus Areas

• Strategic Client Origination: Build relationships with CFOs and promoters of large enterprises and engage in early-stage capex and funding strategy discussions.
• Structured Deal Execution: Structure and execute large, multi-lender lease financing transactions while working with internal credit teams and financing partners.
• Enterprise Relationship Management: Develop long-term advisory relationships and manage multiple stakeholders across client organizations.
• Market & Ecosystem Development: Strengthen the firms presence in enterprise financing and build networks with OEMs, lenders, and advisors.

Success in this role will be measured by the following KPI's:

• Value of deals originated
• Size and profitability of mandates
• Conversion of mandates into closed deals
• Depth of enterprise relationships and repeat business.

Interview Process:

• 4 Rounds - Combination of Virtual & Telephonic for shortlisted candidates.
• 10-15 days for the completion of the process.
