Director - Transformation & Operations

Job Summary:

enGen is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director, Transformation & Operations, with a profound understanding of the US healthcare landscape. This pivotal role will lead efforts for complex transformation and operational improvement initiatives, engaging prospective clients at the executive level to understand their challenges and co-create innovative solutions. The successful candidate will leverage their 20+ years of industry experience, including a strong background in consulting, operations, and technology, to articulate organizational s value proposition and drive significant growth.

Requirement:

• Graduate with 20 years of experience with minimum 15 years in healthcare
• Strong Domain knowledge across Payor Value Chain i.e. Claims, Benefits, Enrollment, Provider Data Management, Payment Integrity
• Should have transformation mindset with experience in delivering transformation using AI/Automation
• Six Sigman certification will be added advantage
• Should have managed P&L in the past
• Should have good control over Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
• Should have strong communication skills
• Should have good understanding of operational and technical flow of processes
