As a key leader of our Externalisation Digital & Technology team, you will focus on identifying and driving new Supply Chain collaboration capabilities such as Blue Yonder OneNetwork, e2Open, SAP business network and Tracelink MINT. This role is pivotal in shaping the connected global supply chain aspects of the GSK Smart Manufacturing vision.

As our Product Director Supply Chain collaboration, you are accountable for driving the vision, strategy and delivery within the Global Supply Chain for all supply chain collaboration capabilities positively impacting our patients around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the product vision and roadmap for supply chain collaboration platforms, with emphasis on Blue Yonder OneNetwork and integration with other Enterprise systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across global locations to design, build, and deploy scalable, cloud-based solutions.
  • Embed Agile ways of working, fostering a culture of experimentation, customer-centricity, and data-led decision-making.
  • Drive innovation in supply chain visibility, partner collaboration, and operational optimisation using AI, ML, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure robust platform architecture and seamless API and data integration.
  • Engage stakeholders across external manufacturing, procurement and supply chain to align product capabilities with business needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships with solution provider and other technology partners to ensure successful implementation and support.
  • Coach and develop product teams, promoting continuous learning and high-impact delivery.
  • Measure product impact through KPIs and ensure adoption and value realisation across the organisation.
  • Champion digital transformation, leading change management and scaling collaboration capabilities across the global supply chain. 

Why you?

Qualifications & Skills:

Basic Qualifications:

  • A BA/BSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; an MBA is desirable with total 18+ years of experience.
  • Extensive experience in product management of enterprise technology solutions, with preferably expertise in Blue Yonder OneNetwork. Familiarity with platforms such as E2Open, SAP Business Network, or Tracelink MINT is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated involvement in large-scale digital transformation programmes, ideally within supply chain or manufacturing domains.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful technology products from concept through to adoption, within both direct and matrixed organisational structures.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring product managers and analysts, with a strong commitment to talent development and team growth.
  • Deep understanding of modern product management practices, including customer discovery, primary research, lean start-up methodologies, and scaling strategies.
  • Sufficient technical acumen to engage effectively with engineering teams and understand the architecture and functionality of software products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading teams that have delivered successful software products from concept to scale.
  • Strong people management skills with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
  • Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of product management, customer discovery, and lean startup principles.
  • Skilled at balancing priorities across Product, UX/Design, and Engineering.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at driving clarity and alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
