About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and execution-focused Director Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our global hiring strategy. This role will drive end-to-end recruitment transformation, workforce planning, employer branding, and talent operations to support aggressive growth and business expansion.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, deep expertise in recruiting strategy, stakeholder management, and a proven ability to build high-performing TA teams in fast-paced environments.


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute a company-wide hiring strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to forecast workforce needs and build long-term talent pipelines.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives.
  • Establish scalable hiring frameworks for domestic and international growth.

2. Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
  • Set hiring KPIs, performance metrics, and governance mechanisms.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, speed, and candidate-centricity.

3. Stakeholder & Business Partnership

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on talent planning and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HRBP teams on budgeting and headcount planning.
  • Ensure alignment between hiring strategy and business transformation goals.

4. Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence

  • Optimize end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing).
  • Implement technology solutions (ATS, AI sourcing tools, analytics dashboards).
  • Improve time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment best practices.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 1018+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing large TA teams.
  • Experience hiring across Technology, Product, Sales, Operations, or other key business functions.
  • Proven success in scaling organizations (startup / high-growth / transformation environments preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting analytics, ATS systems, and AI-driven hiring tools.
  • Experience managing vendor partnerships and executive search firms.
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA/HR specialization preferred.
