DIRECTOR

Position: Director BFSI

Academic Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance or equivalent postgraduate degree
• PhD in Financial Management
• First Class or equivalent at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels is preferable

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of teaching experience at the university level
• Currently serving as Professor or Associate Professor
• Minimum 45 research publications in Scopus-indexed journals
• 13 years of industry experience is highly desirable and will be given preference
• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Pune are preferred

Responsibilities:

• Lead the department in academic, administrative, and research initiatives
• Design and deliver industry-aligned curriculum and experiential learning opportunities
• Mentor faculty and students in research, projects, and career development
• Foster industry-academia collaboration and develop partnerships for internships, placements, and joint projects
• Drive accreditation, quality assurance, and innovation in teaching methodologies
