Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Director Staffing Sales (MSP) to drive and scale our India staffing business with a strong focus on MSP and GCC clients. This is a senior leadership role for a revenue-driven professional with deep industry connections and a proven track record in enterprise staffing sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across MSP and GCC accounts
- Own revenue growth, strategic sales planning, and key enterprise relationships
- Lead RFP/RFI responses and high-level client presentations
- Manage and expand existing MSP programs
- Lead and mentor a high-performing staffing sales team
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams for seamless execution
What Were Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in India staffing sales with strong MSP exposure
- Proven experience working with GCC clients
- Strong enterprise HR, procurement, and vendor management network
- Consistent success in achieving multi-crore revenue targets
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
