About the Role

Were looking for a Director of Solutions Marketing to shape how the world sees and understands Elucidata. This isnt traditional product marketing , its strategic storytelling at the intersection of AI, biology, and data. Youll work across teams - from product and science to sales and leadership - to define, build, and deliver compelling narratives and go-to-market strategies for our solutions. Youll take complex ideas and turn them into clear, credible, and compelling stories that drive growth and set us apart in the market.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you won't just launch products you'll launch understanding.

What Youll Own

• Define the value proposition for Elucidatas data platform and offerings grounded in science, but told through the lens of real customer impact
• Own solution-level messaging across key customer personas: bioinformaticians, translational scientists, pharma R&D leaders, and data teams
• Build and drive launch strategies for new solutions, data products, or scientific capabilities
• Partner with product, BD, and science to ensure GTM plans are tight, timely, and tied to market needs
• Equip the field with what they need to close: decks, solution briefs, FAQs, battle cards, and more
• Train internal teams on how to speak to our solutions with clarity and confidence
• Develop high-quality marketing content case studies, thought leadership, blogs, white papers, webinars
• Collaborate with scientists, customers, and product teams to bring real-world value to life
• Lead competitive research, segmentation, and market analysis to refine messaging and inform roadmap decisions

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 812 years in solutions/product/scientific marketing, ideally in biotech, healthtech, or data-driven life sciences
• Deep understanding of biomedical R&D workflows, data infrastructure, or bioinformatics
• Strong scientific grounding (MS/PhD in life sciences, bioinformatics, or related field preferred)
• Exceptional storytelling, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in startups or high-growth teams where speed, ambiguity, and creativity go hand in hand.
