Work Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in Corporate Development, front-end transaction advisory /investment banking

- Experience in acquisition of manufacturing assets

- Demonstrated experience in deal sourcing & business development

Education :

MBA from a reputed institute / CA

Objective :

- Lead end-to-end inorganic growth by identifying, evaluating, and executing value-accretive M&A

(Manufacturing space), investments, partnerships, and strategic initiatives to accelerate Organizations growth across categories, geographies, and capabilities

- Strengthen competitive positioning through strategic adjacencies and capability expansion

Responsibilities :

- Own and manage the entire Corporate Development lifecycle Business development, deal sourcing, screening, evaluation, diligence, negotiation, acquisition and strategic partnerships, with the aim to acquire relevant manufacturing assets.

- Conduct market landscaping, competitive analysis, and white-space identification

- Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline aligned with orgs strategic priorities

- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, CFO, COO and Board on acquisitions and corporate restructuring

- Perform deep-dive analysis of business models, unit economics, growth drivers, risks, and scalability

- Act as a key interface with investment bankers, PE/VC firms, legal advisors, consultants, and founders of target companies

- Support post-acquisition integration planning and execution, including synergy tracking, governance setup, and alignment with operating model.
