We are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Director to build, lead, and scale the Alibaba.com high-value subscription business . This is not a job, its a growth partnership .
You will own end-to-end sales strategy, execution, and team building , with uncapped earning potential directly linked to the profit you generate .
What You Own (Complete Ownership Role) Revenue & Strategy- Define and execute the sales vision for Alibaba.com high-value subscriptions
- Own 100% of revenue outcomes
- Build positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Decide target segments (exporters, manufacturers, enterprise sellers)
- Personally close large / strategic deals
- Build and manage enterprise pipelines
- Design sales playbooks, pitch decks, and ROI frameworks
- Own sales forecasting and revenue predictability
- Hire, train, and mentor the sales team as revenue scales
- Define incentive plans and performance metrics
- Build a high-performance, CX-driven sales culture
- Work closely with founders and Alibaba stakeholders
- Represent the business at industry events and trade forums
- Build strategic partnerships to accelerate growth
