Role Summary

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Director to build, lead, and scale the Alibaba.com high-value subscription business . This is not a job, its a growth partnership .

You will own end-to-end sales strategy, execution, and team building , with uncapped earning potential directly linked to the profit you generate .

What You Own (Complete Ownership Role) Revenue & Strategy
  • Define and execute the sales vision for Alibaba.com high-value subscriptions
  • Own 100% of revenue outcomes
  • Build positioning, and go-to-market strategy
  • Decide target segments (exporters, manufacturers, enterprise sellers)
Sales Execution
  • Personally close large / strategic deals
  • Build and manage enterprise pipelines
  • Design sales playbooks, pitch decks, and ROI frameworks
  • Own sales forecasting and revenue predictability
Team & Scale
  • Hire, train, and mentor the sales team as revenue scales
  • Define incentive plans and performance metrics
  • Build a high-performance, CX-driven sales culture
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with founders and Alibaba stakeholders
  • Represent the business at industry events and trade forums
  • Build strategic partnerships to accelerate growth
