Youll:Demonstrate strong expertise in Risk Management and Regulations for financial institutionsPlay substantive/lead role in client retention, relationship building, and communicationSell new and "add-on" business to clientsIdentify opportunities to cross-sell other services, Meet assigned sales target/team sales targets, Develop proposalsPlay lead role in internal and external communication/deliverable quality including technical content of reports, proposals, etc.Play lead role in management planning, economics, and billingHigh visibility in functional or industry specialty, Publication in designated areas, Public speakingResponsible for end to end people development and managementPlay substantive/lead role in retention of professionals and in building staff complement, mix, and recruitingMentor and coach around 15-20 professionalsQualifications12+ years of relevant experience in Risk ManagementDeep Expertise in Risk and Regulation for Financial InstitutionsExperience in a minimum of two of below areas of risk managementCredit Risk ModellingData AnalyticsCapital Management (Basel III/IV)Stress Testing and CCARRegulatory ReportingData Governance and Data Management including BCBS 239Strong presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to develop and build a client baseStrong technical, analytical, interpersonal communication and management experienceYour role as a leaderAt Deloitte India, we believe in the importance of leadership at all levels.
