Director - Real Estate hiring

Build Real Estate Hiring Vertical P&L for North (30%)

• Serve as a senior counsel and account leader for senior level clients
• Ensure annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals are attained at each client engagement
• Develop long and short-term plans and goals for the organization
• Review and Manage Team performance

Recruitment Execution (50%)

• Achieve Target set for Individual Contribution
• Work on Senior hiring independently

Business Development & Client Management (20%)

• Build Client Strategy for the sector in North region
• Achieve set goals of business level for targeted clients
• Improve client engagement and wallet share

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' experience in management
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership, people management, and team building skills
