Job Description
Role Overview
A senior living real estate developer is hiring a leader to own end-to-end land acquisition and joint development for future residential communities. The role involves sourcing land, negotiating JD structures, managing feasibility, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify land suitable for senior / residential communities
- Drive joint development and outright purchase deals
- Lead feasibility studies, title diligence, and negotiations
- Build and manage broker, landowner, and developer networks
- Own timelines and deal closures end-to-end

- 10+ years in real estate acquisitions / land BD
- Strong local broker & landowner network
- Hands-on JD & deal-closure experience
- Not a sales or alliance BD role
