Director Properties & Facilities Excellence

CLIENT : Leading hospitality servicing entity with a very efficient facility and estate services vertical providing personal concierge and facility services to leading business houses for their multiple private properties,residences,guest houses, holiday homes and farmhouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and implement standardized policies, checklists, and systems for estate and facility management for a leading well known business house of Inida across Director residences, guest houses, holiday home, private villas and farmhouses at more than 10 sites in India and Dubai.
• Oversee Maintenance of Utilities, Housekeeping, Premise Management & Upkeep, Renovations, Space Planning, Travel Conveniences, Event Management, Cafeteria Services, Serviced Apartments, Guest Houses.
• Construction,Fit outs & Interiors, Design & Development of new facilities.
• Liaison with Telecom Departments, Police, Civic Authorities, Real Estate Bodies, Labor Department, Shops & Establishment etc.
• Maintain high health standards as per corporate /global guidelines, safety audits, mock drills, reviews for continuous improvements.
• Ensuring all safety installations are in good working condition for People, Environment

Desired Incumbent:

• Engineering background with robust experience of 25+ years of managing estates, corporate residences, or high-end facilities in a multi-location setting.
• Proven track record of setting up efficient facilities and utilities management processes, optimizing space utilization, and leading significant projects.
• Rich blend of technical and and soft services.
• High degree of process orientation, standardizing and implementing SOPs.

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 40 LPA
