Position: Director Professional Grants Office

Location: Jaipur

JECRC University invites applications from distinguished academicians and senior research leaders for the position of Director Professional Grants Office. The University seeks a visionary professional who can lead the institutional strategy for mobilizing large-scale research funding and strengthening national and international research collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

1.This role is designed for professionals who cantransform ideas into funded research programmesby building strong collaborations withgovernment agencies, industry partners, and international funding bodies.

2.Lead and establish the Professional Grants Office to enhance the universitys research funding ecosystem.

3.Identify, pursue, and secure major research grants in the range of 1050 Crores from national and international funding agencies, government bodies, and industry partners.

4.Guide and mentor faculty members in developing competitive grant proposals and collaborative research projects.

5.Strengthen the universitys research culture, innovation ecosystem, and global academic partnerships.

Qualification

Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering / Management or allied disciplines from a recognized university.

Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in securing substantial research funding, managing sponsored research projects, and fostering strategic collaborations, along with relevant academic and administrative experience Preferably of Higher Education Institutions(HEIs).

Experience

Minimum 15 years of experience in academia, research institutions, or research administration, of which at least 5 years must be in a university environment.

Candidates with prior experience in government organizations engaged in research funding, policy formulation, or project administration will be given preference / are encouraged to apply.
