Director Products - Enterprise Software - Construction Technology/Civil Engineering - CTC INR 90 L

We are looking to hire a Director of Products to join our leadership team at an exciting and groundbreaking enterprise SaaS company. You will be responsible for building modern cloud software for Infrastructure and facility owners to plan with confidence and build with quality. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Engage, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality product features on time.

3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and potential product enhancements.

4. Define and analyze metrics to inform the success of the product.

5. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer service initiatives.

6. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the most impactful features.

7. Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs.

8. Foster a vibrant user community, including managing user forums, webinars, and user-conferences.

9. Work closely with the customer support team to address customer issues, enhance user experience, and drive customer satisfaction.

Soft Skills:

2. Experience in managing products for North American markets.

3. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

4. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

5. Experience in managing user communities and organizing user conferences.

Technical Skills:

1. Familiarity with modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!).

2. Understanding of cloud technologies and SaaS business models.

3. Knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.

4. Familiarity with UX/UI principles.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or a

Master's degree from a premium institute.

Prior Experience:

1. 14+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3-4 years in a senior role.

2. Experience in managing SaaS products, preferably in the public sector or related industries.

3. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

4. Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing,

and customer support.

5. Experience in managing user communities and organizing user conferences.
