Job Description


This role will support integrated growth initiatives for Publicis Groupe India by helping connect brands, practices, and capabilities across agencies. The VP / Director Product & Solutions will work closely with senior leaders and practice heads to coordinate multi-disciplinary solutions and improve collaboration across teams.


The role does not carry P&L ownership but requires strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Success will be measured by contribution to integrated pitches, improved collaboration across agencies, and support in expanding relationships with key clients.


Core Responsibilities:

Support the coordination of incoming integrated leads, RFPs, and pitches across Creative, Digital, Tech, Content, Production, Experiential, CRM, and Commerce.

Assist in developing integration approaches for pitches and ongoing engagements.

Maintain and update the Top 20 client knowledge systemtracking opportunities, overlaps, and white spaces.

Work with the CPO and agency leaders to prepare materials and inputs for growth conversations with key clients.

Coordinate with global, regional, and local stakeholders to support integrated opportunities.

Help identify repeatable cross-practice solutions and document best practices.

Facilitate collaboration across teams and help resolve operational or structural gaps in integrated projects.


Candidate Profile:

Around 912 years of experience in integrated marketing, consulting, strategy, or account leadership roles.

Experience working in agencies, consulting firms, or marketing organizations with cross-functional teams.

Exposure to FMCG or large consumer brands is preferred but not mandatory.

Good understanding of brand solutions, digital, CRM, commerce, and technology.

Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Ability to work in matrix structures and manage multiple workstreams.
