Director Product Owner

Our client is a leading global asset management firm with a strong institutional presence and a growing digital capability supporting its private markets platform. This is a senior leadership opportunity to drive strategic digital initiatives across funds management, with a strong focus on private markets. This role will partner closely with global business and investment teams to deliver solutions that enhance fund operations, investor lifecycle management, and overall platform efficiency.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Define and drive the digital product strategy aligned to private markets business objectives.
• Lead the delivery of solutions supporting fund administration, investor lifecycle, and portfolio management workflows.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate private markets requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Drive process optimisation and transformation initiatives across investment and fund workflows.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• 15+ years of experience with product Management along with domain expertise in private markets or investment / asset management environments.
• Strong, hands-on understanding of private markets lifecycle along with contributing to platform-led transformation initiatives within funds or investment operations.
• Proven experience working with private markets platforms such as iLevel, eFront, Investran, or similar systems.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup aligned to the Hyderabad location, collaborating with global teams.
