Director - Placements

Qualifications Required

• Masters degree inEngineering/Management, Education, Human Resources,or a related field.Ph.D. preferred.

Progressive experience required

• 15+ years for Directorin career services, placements, or corporate relations
• Demonstrated record of successful industry engagement and student placement outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and networking abilities.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in career services, placements, and industry partnerships.
• Build strong employer networks across the industry domain
• Drive student career readiness through counselling, training, and internships.
• Lead placement initiatives, campus recruitment, internships and career development programs.
• Manage data-driven reporting of placement outcomes and trends.
