Location: Pune (Hinjewadi)
Work Model: 5 Days Work From Office
Experience: 18+ Years (Leadership Role)
Must-Have Skills & Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience in Java (versions 717/21)
Proven experience delivering large-scale projects
Expertise in modernization initiatives
Hands-on exposure to OpenShift, Kubernetes & containerization
Experience managing large teams (100150 members)
Ability to handle large user bases (1M+ users)
Strong stakeholder management with executive leadership
Excellent communication skills & executive presence
Experience working in fast-paced, complex environments
Product company / GCC background preferred
Good to Have:
Exposure to US Healthcare domain
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance & healthcare data privacy
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR and healthcare data technologies
