Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director, Partnerships Development, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with an option for partial remote work. The primary responsibilities include identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships to support the foundation's initiatives. The role involves identifying funding opportunities, driving CSR donations for projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The Director will also engage in research to understand industry trends, develop innovative approaches to partnerships, and maintain relationships with current and potential partners.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Strategic Partnerships and Business Development to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with organizations and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in B2B Sales and the ability to identify and secure CSR funding opportunities to support foundation initiatives.
• Strong networking communication, especially with HR leaders and sustainability heads
• Effective Project Management skills to oversee and optimize sustainable living projects and CSR initiatives.
• Adept at Research to analyze industry trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative partnership strategies.
• Strong English language written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track record of long term relationships
• Ability to meet people and be on the move
• Experience in non-profit or sustainability-related industries is a plus, but not essential
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, PR or experience with top organizations
• 8-12 years experience
