Role Summery

We are looking for a Director Oracle Cloud Technology with 18+ years of experience to lead enterprise Oracle Cloud initiatives and drive strategic technology decisions. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), along with the ability to architect scalable solutions, oversee complex integrations, and lead high-performing technical teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering cloud transformation programs and enabling data-driven business insights

Day as a Director - Oracle Tech

• Lead Oracle Cloud Strategy: Drive the architecture, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud solutions across enterprise programs.
• Oversee Integrations: Design and manage complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to ensure seamless connectivity between systems.
• Manage Reporting & Analytics: Oversee the development and delivery of enterprise reports and dashboards using BIP and OTBI to support business decision-making.
• Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor senior architects, developers, and engineering teams while ensuring adherence to best practices and governance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, product teams, and IT stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Program & Delivery Oversight: Ensure successful delivery of large-scale Oracle Cloud programs, managing timelines, risks, and quality standards.
• Architecture & Solution Design: Review and approve solution architectures to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
• Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve integration frameworks within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
• Team & Capability Building: Build and scale high-performing teams, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Executive Communication: Present program updates, technology roadmaps, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
