Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Operational Readiness & Agility

  • Build and maintain a multi-skilled, cross-trainable workforce that can move between projects as demand changes
  • Ensure teams remain billable, productive, and re-deployable
  • Maintain continuous execution readiness across all client programs


Manpower Planning & Certification Management

  • Lead manpower planning, capacity forecasting, and deployment models
  • Ensure Microsoft, AWS, and other required certifications are current and aligned to client needs
  • Plan hiring, training, and certifications ahead of demand


Hiring, Capacity & Workforce Planning

  • Lead India and U.S. hiring strategy aligned to pipeline and delivery needs
  • Manage bench, backfill, and ramp-up to avoid delivery gaps
  • Ensure quality, role fit, and readiness of all hires


Commercial & Financial Enablement

  • Design and manage compensation structures, pricing models, and billability frameworks
  • Support offer negotiations, deal pricing, and staffing strategies
  • Ensure delivery remains profitable, scalable, and aligned to revenue targets


Account Management & Business Development Support

  • Lead India-side operational engagement for all U.S. and India client accounts
  • Participate in client calls, delivery reviews, and escalations
  • Support business development by providing staffing feasibility, capacity insights, and delivery readiness
  • Contribute to client relationship building through consistent communication and execution oversight


Performance & Governance

  • Track and improve utilization, margins, bench, and hiring ROI
  • Provide dashboards and forecasts on capacity, readiness, and revenue health
  • Align Sales, Recruiting, Delivery, and Finance into one execution model

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or staffing organizations
  • Proven experience leading or scaling India-based operations supporting global clients
  • Strong background in workforce planning, recruitment, pricing, and margin management
  • Comfortable engaging with C-suite leaders, clients, recruiters, and delivery teams
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to make sound business decisions, negotiate effectively, and drive profitable growth
  • A leader who can motivate teams, build a performance-driven culture, and align people to business and revenue goals
