Job Summary
As Program Director - Operations the role holder need to lead various workstreams of operations transformation program . He / She will be responsible for designing implementing and overseeing a comprehensive operations transformation strategy that aligns with our organizations goals and objectives. This role will focus on leveraging technology process improvements and data-driven insights to enhance various functions within operations such as demand forecast internal external fulfilment and operations
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Operations Transformation Strategy : Design and execute a comprehensive operations transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals to enhance operations efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams : Collaborate with various stakeholders including Finance Sales HR Recruitment and external partners to drive transformation initiatives and ensure seamless implementation.
- Optimize Operations Processes : Analyse and streamline operations workflows leveraging technology and best practices to reduce time-to-fulfil improve employee productivity and experience and enhance reporting.
- Leverage Data-Driven Insights : Develop and track key operations metrics providing actionable insights to inform operations strategies optimize resource allocation and measure ROI.
- Operations Technology : Evaluate recommend and implement operations technology solutions (e.g. Planning ATS CRM AI-powered tools) to enhance operations capabilities and efficiency.
- Vendor Management : Develop and maintain relationships with external partners ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with organizational standards.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends : Remain current with emerging trends best practices and technologies in demand forecast internal external fulfilment and operations reporting applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.
Experience:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in demand forecast internal external fulfilment or HR technologies with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
o Proven track record of driving operations transformation and process improvement.
o Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
o Experience with operations technology including Forecasting Planning ATS CRM and AI-powered tools.
o Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
o Familiarity with Agile principles and practices with experience applying these to drive operations process improvement
