Director of Sales

This is a full-time and on-site role for the Director of Sales, based in Bengaluru. The Director of Sales will lead and oversee all sales functions to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, training and managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. The role requires collaboration with other departments to align strategies and targets in a dynamic hospitality environment.

• Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development
• Strong background in Customer Service and maintaining client satisfaction
• Experience in managing and leading sales teams effectively
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and drive growth opportunities
