Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Sales Marketing, based in Bengaluru. The Director will lead strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, manage sales operations, and oversee the marketing activities for the property. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying business development opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role also requires managing and mentoring the sales and marketing team to achieve organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven abilities in Team Management and leadership, with the capacity to inspire and develop others
  • Expertise in Business Development and identifying new market opportunities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or luxury services industry is advantageous
  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
