SpotDraft is on a mission to help legal and business teams move faster, together. Our AI-powered contracting platform is redefining how companies manage contracts and our story deserves to be told in creative, human, and memorable ways.
About the role.
Were looking for a Product Marketing Leader to shape and scale SpotDrafts global product marketing function. This role reports directly to the CMO and will define how we position, message, launch, and enable our platform as we deepen our GTM motion and expand globally.
This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of Product, Sales/CS, and Marketing responsible for building the narrative, strengthening enterprise positioning, and ensuring our GTM engine is aligned, structured, and revenue-focused.
Day to Day:
1. Positioning & Messaging
- Own and evolve SpotDrafts core positioning, messaging, and category narrative.
- Translate product capabilities (including AI innovations) into differentiated, enterprise-ready value propositions.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints, including website, sales collateral, product launches, analyst briefings, field enablement, marketing campaigns
- Lead a team thats de facto the persona and segment value proposition experts.
- Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for new products, features, pricing and enterprise offerings.
- Define ICP segmentation, buyer personas, and commercial messaging aligned to revenue goals.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive structured, scalable launches, providing a feedback loop to product as the main voice of the field
- Build and scale a world-class enablement engine to support global revenue teams (US, EMEA, APAC).
- Equip teams with battle cards, pitch decks, competitive insights, and ROI narratives.
- Own competitive strategy and market insights to inform positioning and roadmap communication.
- Partner with analysts and industry stakeholders to strengthen category credibility.
- Be the voice of the market for the company
5. Build & Lead the PMM Function
- Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performance Product Marketing team.
- Establish clear operating rhythms, metrics, and accountability frameworks.
- Work with leadership on quarterly planning, forecasting, and global GTM alignment.
Requirements:
- 1012+ years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing PMM teams.
- Strong positioning and messaging expertise.
- Experience with persona and segment based GTM
- String experience in driving global enablement
- Demonstrated ability to drive structured GTM execution with measurable pipeline impact.
- Deep understanding of SaaS funnels from positioning to MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue.
- Experience partnering closely with Product leadership and enabling global Sales teams.
- Exposure to US and EMEA markets is strongly preferred.
