Director / Senior Director - Product Management

Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Our client is an AI-driven enterprise SaaS company transforming corporate finance through intelligent automation. They build autonomous AI agents that streamline complex finance workflows across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Financial Close.

This is a high-impact leadership role owning the AI agent portfolio for Controllership teams across large enterprises.

Role Overview

You will report to the Chief Product Officer and lead a team of 2 to 4 Product Managers. You will own strategy, roadmap, commercial outcomes, and cross-functional execution across Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Finance domain experts.

This is not a feature management role. It is full portfolio ownership with direct revenue accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product strategy for AI agents serving Controllership functions including P2P, R2R, O2C, GL, financial close, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting

Define and drive OKRs aligned to revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion

Prioritize roadmap investments across innovation, enhancements, and technical debt

Evaluate build versus buy decisions and competitive positioning

Lead positioning, messaging, sales enablement, demos, and RFP responses

Partner closely with Engineering and Data Science to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions

Act as a trusted voice with enterprise customers pre- and post-sales

What We Are Looking For

Experience

8 to 12+ years in Product Management

5+ years in B2B enterprise SaaS, ideally finance or ERP

3+ years leading Product Managers or senior IC leadership experience

Demonstrated success launching enterprise products with $10M+ ARR impact

Experience building AI or agentic product capabilities

Domain Expertise

Deep understanding of Controllership workflows, GL, financial close, reconciliations

Familiarity with ERP systems and chart of accounts structures

Working knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and SOX

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs and agent frameworks

Skills

Strategic thinking with strong commercial orientation

Executive-level stakeholder management

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Excellent written and verbal communication
