About the Opportunity
Quabrick Executive Search is partnering with a well-funded, fast-scaling consumer fintech platform that is redefining how millions of users engage with credit, financial awareness, and money management in India.
Backed by marquee investors and already serving millions of active users , the company is entering a strong scale-up phase (1x 100x) and is building its core leadership team to drive the next chapter of growth, innovation, and category leadership.
The Role
We are hiring a Director of Product to own product strategy and execution across core consumer products. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, business outcomes, and platform scale .
You will lead and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers and Analysts, define the product vision, and translate complex user problems into simple, impactful solutions for a large and diverse user base.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments and enjoys building products that operate at scale.
What Youll Own
- End-to-end ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple consumer-facing products
- Accountability for north-star metrics, growth KPIs, retention, and engagement outcomes
- Building, mentoring, and scaling a strong product org with high execution standards
- Driving discovery and delivery from problem framing to experimentation, launch, and iteration
- Identifying new product opportunities that expand user value and business impact
- Working closely with engineering, design, data, and business leaders to ship high-impact solutions
- Using deep customer insights and data to make sharp, high-conviction product decisions
What Were Looking For
- 713 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in high-growth B2C or fintech environments
- Proven experience building and scaling web & mobile products with large user bases
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, funnels, retention, and monetisation
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop PM teams (6+ members)
- Sharp business judgment with a strong bias for execution
- Experience building products for mass or T1/T2/T3 users is a strong plus
