The Role

Were seeking a high-impact Director of Product and Growth Strategy to lead our most strategic vertical. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of product innovation, enterprise client growth, stakeholder influence, and partnership enablement .

Youll act as a strategic partner to global account directors , a product evangelist to external stakeholders , and a business architect within SmartQ bringing clarity, speed, and focus to how we deliver outcomes across complex global accounts.

This role is ideal for a bold, outcome-obsessed leader who thinks like a GM but delivers like a CPO.
