The Role
Were seeking a high-impact Director of Product and Growth Strategy to lead our most strategic vertical. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of product innovation, enterprise client growth, stakeholder influence, and partnership enablement.
Youll act as a strategic partner to global account directors, a product evangelist to external stakeholders, and a business architect within SmartQbringing clarity, speed, and focus to how we deliver outcomes across complex global accounts.
This role is ideal for a bold, outcome-obsessed leader who thinks like a GM but delivers like a CPO.
Your Impact Areas
Product & Growth Strategy
- Own the end-to-end product and growth strategy for SmartQs Global Enterprise portfolio.
- Define, communicate, and drive a bold product vision that translates into measurable business results.
- Identify high-leverage opportunities at the intersection of client needs, commercial goals, and partner capabilities.
Enterprise Stakeholder Leadership
- Partner closely with Global Account Directors to align product outcomes with client growth objectives.
- Represent the voice of product and engineering in senior-level client discussionsbuilding belief through clarity, data, and delivery.
- Embed partnership priorities into the product roadmapensuring long-term alignment with strategic alliances.
Scalable Execution & Client Impact
- Translate enterprise challenges into scalable, repeatable product solutions.
- Balance short-term momentum with long-term platform evolution; ship fast, learn faster.
- Track and report product outcomes that directly support client KPIs and retention.
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers focused on enterprise success.
- Spend 3040% of your time coachingunlocking strategic thinking, execution speed, and customer obsession.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to foster cross-functional alignment and delivery excellence.

You Bring
- 10+ years of product experience with strong B2B exposure, including enterprise or global account work.
- 3+ years managing and coaching PMs with demonstrable outcomes from your teams.
- Proven success in leading product strategy across global, matrixed organizations.
- Experience working closely with sales, partnerships, or client success teams.
- Comfort navigating between strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
- Bonus: experience with platform products, partner integrations, or cross-market scaling.
