About the Role:

Are you a visual storyteller who paints with light? Do you believe every frame should be a work of art? We're looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Director of Photography (DOP) to be the artistic eye behind our YouTube channel. You will define and execute the visual language of our content, transforming our creative vision into stunning, high-quality videos that captivate millions of viewers.

What You'll Do

• Define Our Visual Identity: You will lead the charge on all visual aesthetics, establishing a consistent and compelling look and feel across all videos that aligns with our brand's creative vision.
• Master the Craft of Light & Lens: Expertly design and implement lighting setups that create mood, depth, and clarity. You'll set up and operate camera systems for both studio and field shoots, composing and framing shots that are dynamic and emotionally resonant.
• Be a Key Creative Partner: Collaborate closely with directors, editors, and on-screen talent from pre-production to post-production, ensuring the visual elements perfectly support the narrative.
• Uphold Uncompromising Quality: You will be the guardian of our visual standards, ensuring every frame captured meets the highest technical requirements for resolution, color, focus, and exposure.
• Manage the Gear: Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and management of all our camera, lens, lighting, and production equipment.
• Guide the Final Look: Work with video editors during the color grading process to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with the intended visual style.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Director of Photography or Cinematographer, backed by a stunning portfolio or reel that showcases your expertise (experience in YouTube or digital media is a major plus).
• Technical mastery of professional camera operation, shot composition, cinematic lighting, and color grading principles.
• Deep knowledge of various lighting techniques (soft, hard, key, fill, etc.) and how to use them to shape a scene.
• Proficiency with post-production software , including Adobe Premiere Pro and color grading tools like DaVinci Resolve.
• A collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills, enabling you to work effectively within a creative team.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines and multiple projects with a calm, professional demeanor.
