Job Description

  1. Looking for a Director of Human Resources for our upcoming hotel Taj Yelahanka, Bengaluru.
  2. Co-ordinates with HR Team on the HR processes as laid down by the Corporate and the
  3. Unit Create a work environment that is high in employee morale and provides constant learning & development and use the feedback from ESS to draw an action plan.
  4. Develop systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and employee satisfaction. Recruitment and Performance Appraisal/ Management of the staff in the Unit Develop & Implement the annual plan using the
  5. TBEM framework, linking the department's objectives to the unit's overall strategy. -Monitoring in house training. -Implement and sustain Tata Code of Conduct and value systems
  6. Primary Skills : Human Resources


Requirements :

  1. Time Office operations and generating various reports
  2. Payroll Administration
  3. HRMS Administration
  4. HR Monthly Reports as per Corporate Standards
  5. Preparing Annual and Monthly Training Calendar in co-ordination with HOD'S Monitoring STARS at the unit.
  6. Conducting Town hall meeting
  7. Administrating all Statutory Compliance on regular basis Performance Management System for Staff and Liaison with Staff Welfare Union and
  8. Executives Management Managing Employee Relations, redressing staff personal problems
  9. Liaison with all Government Agencies Administration of all Contract Labour
  10. Conducting various welfare activities Promotion of Community Development
  11. Activities Rationalize manpower utilization and carryout
