We are seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate our F&B operations in Udaipur, India. As part of the leadership team, you will drive exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitability across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall F&B strategy, innovation, quality, and performance
• Manage budgets, costs, inventory, and revenue optimization
• Mentor and inspire teams while ensuring food safety and compliance
• Drive marketing initiatives, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally and build strong local supplier partnerships
• Integrate local Rajasthani culinary elements with global trends

Qualifications

• Proven F&B leadership experience in luxury hospitality
• Strong financial, operational, and people management skills
• Deep knowledge of F&B trends, safety standards, and systems
• Excellent communication and guest-focused mindset
• English fluency; Hindi/Rajasthani and local cuisine knowledge preferred
