Must-Have Skills

• Proven Technical Leadership: 10+ years leading architecture or engineering teams in high-performance environments.
• Full-Stack Understanding: Deep knowledge across front-end, back-end, and cloud ecosystems.
• Product Engineering DNA: Ability to translate complex business needs into impactful, sustainable engineering outcomes.
• People Management Excellence: Strong mentorship, performance management, and culture-building experience.
• Performance & Scalability: Proven experience in optimizing systems, infrastructure, and processes for speed and reliability.
• Stakeholder Management: Clear communicator with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions.
• Cross-Time Zone Leadership: Skilled at managing global teams and maintaining alignment.
