Expectation from the individual is to Lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital consumer technology platforms, leveraging next-generation technologiesincluding GenAI, cloud-native architectures, and advanced analyticsto create a seamless, secure, and innovative banking experience for millions of customers.

Experience & Qualifications

15+ years in technology leadership, with proven success in digital platform delivery (preferably BFSI/digital banking).

Deep expertise in digital banking technologies, GenAI, cloud, cybersecurity, and modern software engineering.

Track record of leading large-scale digital transformation and delivering complex technology programs.

Education: BE/B.Tech, MBA from Tier 1 Institute in India.
