Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Industry Partnerships
- Establish and nurture relationships with leading corporations, startups, and professional bodies.
- Secure high-quality internship and job opportunities for students and alumni.
- Represent the institution at industry forums and employer events.
2. Career Development & Student Success
- Design and execute workshops, training programs, and career coaching initiatives.
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate employability skills into academic programs.
- Improve career readiness through personalized student support and mentoring.
3. Alumni Engagement
- Build and implement a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy.
- Develop alumni mentoring and networking programs.
- Leverage alumni for job referrals, guest lectures, and industry connections.
4. Employer Branding & Communication
- Position the institution as a top talent destination for employers.
- Manage employer-facing communication and employer engagement platforms.
- Share success stories of students and alumni to enhance visibility and credibility.
5. Data-Driven Impact & Reporting
- Track student and alumni career outcomes through robust data systems.
- Analyze placement trends to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
- Present reports to leadership on performance metrics and strategic outcomes.
6. Stakeholder Satisfaction
- Collect and act on feedback from students, alumni, and recruiters.
- Ensure high satisfaction levels through responsive and value-driven services.
- Foster long-term relationships with repeat employers and alumni contributors.
7. Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage budgets for career and engagement activities.
- Ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Explore funding and sponsorship opportunities to scale initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in career services, corporate relations, or talent development.
- Strong network across industries and proven track record of partnership building.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in impact reporting and performance metrics.
- Experience in Academia
