About Vidrow


Vidrow is a creative marketing agency started by IIT Kanpur alumni. At Vidrow were building an analytics driven content engine for performance and awareness marketing in the digital universe. We have developed content creation processes that are optimized for scaling performance marketing and platform native awareness marketing. We are partnering with high-growth consumer tech app brands (with larger TAM) across all industries and helping them optimize their user acquisition.


Role Overview

We're seeking an exceptional individual with analytical, writing and video production skills and a good taste in content and design to join our core team and lead awareness campaigns and rebranding projects for our diverse client portfolio. This is a high-ownership role where you'll be the creative driving force behind TV ads, Digital campaigns, Celebrity projects and Brand Identity of our clients.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 institutions (IIT, BITS, NIT, or equivalent)
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in creative roles within advertising agencies / production houses / inhouse marketing teams or startups.
  • Strong analytical and business understanding and love for number backed insights.
  • Portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand campaigns, TV/digital ads and video content


Key Responsibilities


Campaign Leadership

  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute brand awareness campaigns across multiple formats including TV commercials, digital brand ads, and corporate content
  • Own the creative vision from briefing through production to final delivery
  • Present creative concepts and campaign strategies to clients with clarity and conviction
  • Ensure all campaign deliverables meet the highest creative and production standards


Rebranding Projects

  • Lead end-to-end rebranding initiatives for clients, including brand strategy, visual identity, verbal identity and rollout
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into compelling brand narratives
  • Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and asset systems

Production Excellence

  • Oversee video ad production from pre-production through post-production
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of filmmaking principles including direction, cinematography, editing, and sound design
  • Work closely with production teams, directors, DOPs, and editors to bring creative visions to life
  • Manage production budgets and timelines effectively


Creative Development

  • Write compelling scripts, taglines, and brand narratives that connect with target audiences
  • Develop storyboards and creative treatments for client presentations
  • Stay ahead of creative trends in advertising, filmmaking, and brand storytelling


Team & Client Management

  • Manage and mentor creative team members as the agency scales
  • Build strong client relationships through exceptional work and clear communication
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail across all deliverables
  • Act with urgency and a strong bias for action to meet tight deadlines

  • Filmmaking Expertise: Strong understanding of direction, cinematography, editing, sound design, and production workflows
  • Writing Prowess: Experience in Scriptwriting and brand storytelling.
  • Video Production: Hands-on experience with ad production processes, vendor management, and production best practices
  • Brand Thinking: Deep understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and identity systems
  • Analytics : Crunching engagement data to read insights from it and build further hypotheses based on it.
  • Managerial Excellence: Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to completion
