• Enjoys building high-trust admission/sales systems

This role may be a good fit for you, if:

• You have expertise in managing large remote admissions / counselling teams
• You enjoy the daily hassles of numbers, yet with an impact focus, not just numbers alone
• Youve spent years managing large scale admission / sales processes and teams
• You understand the complications of the end-to-end sales processes and can manage it completely

What the hiring journey Looks Like

Our leadership hiring follows a 6-step process:

1. Purpose-first role introduction
2. Short video submission (questions will be shared later)
3. HR discussion on culture & mindset
4. Practical admissions-focused case exercise
5. Office immersion (2 half days) (2-3 hrs each)
6. Founder & leadership alignment rounds

You may withdraw at any point.

We may also choose to close the process at any stage.
