Job Title: Director Managed Services

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Gurgaon

Role Objective:

Senior leadership role responsible for driving growth of the ACR practice while overseeing client delivery, people management, and strategic initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in accounting, statutory, and MIS reporting, along with strong client and team leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support go-to-market initiatives, solution development, proposals, and client presentations for ACR services.
• Manage senior client relationships and oversee delivery across AP, AR, GL, reporting, and statutory compliances.
• Ensure SLA adherence, quality standards, risk management, and resolution of escalations.
• Drive adoption of automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing teams, including hiring, training, performance management, and retention.

Key Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant preferred with 1520 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong accounting, statutory compliance, and MIS reporting expertise.
• Experience in managed F&A services and large team leadership (2030+).
• Knowledge of IGAAP/Ind-AS; US GAAP/IFRS exposure is a plus.
• Strong client management, leadership, and communication skills.
