Director - HRBP

Were looking for a strategic and high-impact Director HR Business Partner to join our fast-growing team. This role will partner closely with CXOs and business leaders to drive org effectiveness, leadership capability, and a high-performance culture at scale, This role will report to Head of HR.

What youll do:

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategy
• Drive workforce planning, org design, and succession planning
• Lead performance management and talent reviews
• Strengthen leadership capability and employee engagement
• Build and mentor a strong HRBP team
• Use data and insights to influence business outcomes.

What were looking for:

• 1216 years of HR experience with strong HRBP leadership exposure.
• Proven experience in fintech / tech / high-growth environments.
• Strong business acumen, team management skills and stakeholder management at CXO level.
• Hands-on with performance frameworks and org design.
• Understanding on the L&D charter will be a plus.
• MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute(Mandatory)
