Our client is a fast-scaling SaaS AI company building cutting-edge products for global clients. With strong product-market fit and rapid growth, we are looking to strengthen our people function to support the next phase of scale.
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to build and lead the HR function end-to-end. This role will partner closely with founders and leadership to drive org design, talent strategy, culture, and people operations aligned to high-growth SaaS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete HR charter: Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Performance, L&D, C&B, and HR Operations
- Partner with leadership on org design, workforce planning, and scaling teams across functions
- Build strong hiring engines for tech, product, and GTM roles in a competitive talent market
- Design and drive performance management, goal setting, and leadership development frameworks
- Shape culture, engagement, and retention strategies for a fast-growing tech workforce
- Establish scalable HR processes, policies, and systems
- Lead employer branding and campus/lateral hiring strategies
- Ensure compliance, governance, and best-in-class people practices
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1015 years of HR experience, with significant exposure to SaaS / tech / startup ecosystems
- Proven experience in scaling teams from early to growth stages
- Strong background in HRBP and Talent Acquisition for tech/product roles
- Experience working closely with founders/leadership teams
- Hands-on leader who can operate both strategically and operationally
- Strong understanding of performance culture in high-growth environments
