The Sr. Director Solutions & Offer Portfolio (GenAI, Cloud & Data Engineering) will lead the creation and evolution of Impetus industry solution portfolio for Healthcare and Aviation customers. The role will translate domain problems into repeatable, commercial-ready offers spanning GenAI adoption, cloud modernization, and data engineering transformation.

This leader will own end-to-end solutioningfrom offer conceptualization , packaging to commercialization ensuring Impetus consistently brings differentiated, scalable solutions to market while aligning with delivery viability and partner ecosystems.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 20+ years in technology consulting / services with strong depth in solution architecture and industry consulting.
  • Demonstrated success building and commercializing repeatable solutions/offers (not only custom engagements).
  • Proven experience influencing CXO-level stakeholders with business-first transformation narratives.
  • Experience shaping and scaling portfolio assets and enabling GTM teams.

Technical / Architecture Skills

  • GenAI and AI/ML expertise
  • Strong depth in cloud-native AI services
  • Cloud design experience

Domain Expertise

  • Healthcare: claims, care management, member/patient 360, clinical data, patient engagement, compliance and PHI handling.
  • Aviation: safety and reliability, passenger 360, operations optimization, disruption management, predictive maintenance.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities


A. Solution & Offer Portfolio Strategy

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for Healthcare and Aviation solutions across GenAI, cloud, and data engineering.
  • Define differentiated headline offers aligned to industry buying patterns and Impetus strengths.
  • Maintain an organized solution portfolio including offer constructs, playbooks, artifacts, and commercialization guides.

B. Offer Design, Packaging & Industrialization

  • own creation of repeatable offerings such as:
  • assessments and discovery packages
  • accelerators and reference architectures
  • implementation blueprints and adoption roadmaps
  • managed services and platform-led delivery models
  • Define value propositions, pricing guidance, outcomes, KPIs, and delivery approach for each offer.
  • Build reusable solution assets: POV decks, use-case libraries, solution narratives, business case templates, and demo storyboards.

C. Strategic Solutioning & Client Engagement

D. IP & Proof Development

  • Orchestrate PoVs / PoCs to validate solution hypotheses and create reusable proof points.
  • Partner with engineering and innovation teams to harden IP and accelerators
  • Create reference implementations and success story patterns that improve market credibility and repeatability.

E. Commercialization & GTM Enablement

  • Enable Sales and account leadership with packaged solutions that are easy to position and sell.
  • Support proposals and pursuits with solution positioning, win themes, value frameworks, and architecture inputs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create vertical POVs, whitepapers, webinars, and thought leadership assets.

F. Delivery Alignment & Governance

  • Partner with Delivery leaders to ensure offers are operationally viable, scalable, and measurable.
  • Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and governance from solutioning to execution.
  • Stay involved as an executive sponsor on flagship programs to ensure outcomes are delivered and proof points are captured.

G. Leadership & Capability Development

  • Mentor and guide a cross-functional team of architects, domain SMEs, and portfolio managers.
  • Establish standards for solution quality, storytelling, offer documentation, and technical rigor.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the portfolio based on market shifts, partner changes, and client feedback
