Director - FS Technology

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic technology consulting leader to drive largescale digital transformation across BFSI clients in India and the Middle East. The ideal candidate brings deep BFSI domain expertise, strong technology advisory skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex, highvalue programs for global financial institutions.

Locations: Mumbai OR Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend business and digital transformation initiatives across banking, insurance, and NBFC clientscovering front, middle, and backoffice systems.
• Architect and deliver modern solutions leveraging AI/GenAI, lowcode platforms, cloud ecosystems, and customer/employee experience modernisation.
• Manage complex, multiyear programs including platform modernisation, CRM transformations, core systems upgrades, and lending digitisation.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to CXOs (CIO/CTO/CISO), identifying opportunities for growth, automation, and large-scale modernisation.
• Drive market expansion through GTM strategies, inorganic growth initiatives, and strategic account development.
• Lead and mentor crossfunctional teams, ensuring highquality delivery and measurable business impact.
• Partner with strategy, technology, and operations teams to deliver integrated consulting solutions.
• Own P&L, revenue forecasting, and account growth.
• Champion adoption of Power Platform, lowcode/nocode, AI, and automation solutions across client engagements.

What Were Looking For

• 15+ years of experience, including 8+ years in consulting and delivery leadership roles within BFSI.
• Strong exposure to publicsector banking, NBFCs, insurance, and FinTech transformation programsMiddle East/GCC experience is mandatory.
• Experience with regulatory technologies; cyber/tech risk exposure is a plus.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, cloud transformation, and enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Sitecore, SAP Commerce, etc.).
• Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of delivering large-scale initiatives.
• Hands-on understanding of modern tech stacks: AWS, Azure, microservices, opensource platforms, and AI/ML frameworks.
• Strong business and regulatory acumen in financial services.
• Experience in global technology consulting firms or Big 4 is preferred.

Education

• Masters in Computer Science or related field; MBA/Executive Management qualification is an advantage.
• Preferred certifications: Cloud technologies, Agile methodologies, Enterprise Architecture.
