Job Description

Locations: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai

Responsibilities:

  1. Review the development requirements and execution of the product roadmap for the financial reporting tool, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
  2. Work closely with the technology and cross-functional teams to gather and prioritise product requirements, considering factors such as client feedback, benchmarking/market research, and technical feasibility.
  3. Support the planning and execution of product launches and go-to-market strategies, coordinating with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to drive successful product adoption.
  4. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the financial reporting technology landscape.
  5. Collaborate with engineering and development teams to define product specifications, provide input on user experience design, UI and oversee the development process, including involvement in preparation of Business Requirement Document and System Design Document.
  6. Monitor product performance and KPIs, analysing data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
  7. Review the development of product documentation, including user guides, pitch packs and training materials.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on technology products, providing guidance and support to internal teams, clients, and partners.
  9. Conduct product demos and training sessions for clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our technology products and providing guidance on best practices for implementation and usage.
  10. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, gathering feedback and requirements to inform product enhancements and customisation opportunities.
  11. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support client engagements, including product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to reporting and technology products.
  13. Support the leaders in mentoring and developing junior members of the product management team, fostering a culture of learning and growth.


Qualification:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant
  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in the Accounting and Advisory domain.


Preferred Skills:

Were looking for accounting professionals who are passionate about providing accounting and reporting consulting to clients, which includes supporton technical and special matters, including

GAAP Conversion, accounting policy support, new accounting standardimplementation (end-to-end), and Disclosure support for IFRS/USGAAP/Ind AS. The incumbent will work for top global clients across a wide variety of markets and industry sectors.


  • Strong domain, project management, business development and people skills.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of accounting concepts; stay informed of professional standards; and effectively apply this knowledge to moderately difficultand/or complex client situations.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary.
  • Possess strong domain knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
