Role Summary
We are seeking an accomplished ERP & Digital Transformation leader with 10-15 years of experience in driving large-scale technology-enabled business transformation. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics AX, CRM systems, and Power Platform, combined with strong leadership in program governance, enterprise architecture, and practice development.
This role requires a strategic leader who can drive market growth, manage senior client relationships, and deliver multi-country ERP transformation programs with excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership & Strategy
- Drive strategy, capability development, and practice expansion for ERP & Digital Transformation services.
- Lead revenue growth, solution innovation, and development of IPs/accelerators.
- Build and mentor high-performing consulting and delivery teams.
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Manage senior stakeholder and CXO-level relationships across global markets.
- Lead pre-sales activities including solutioning, scoping, estimation, and complex deal shaping.
- Drive account growth and maintain high levels of client retention and repeat business.
Program Management & Delivery Governance
- Orchestrate large-scale ERP transformation programs across multiple regions.
- Provide enterprise architecture leadership across Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and CRM.
- Ensure robust solution governance, design validation, and integration strategy.
- Strengthen delivery discipline, execution quality, and post-go-live stability.
Technology & Solution Leadership
- Lead technical architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and related platforms.
- Guide teams on integration patterns, data migration frameworks, and performance optimization.
- Ensure delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade ERP solutions aligned with business requirements.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Develop reusable solution accelerators, estimation tools, and delivery frameworks.
- Promote automation, best practices, and continuous improvement within delivery teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and learning.

Technical Expertise
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance, SCM, Production modules)
- Dynamics AX 2009/2012, CRM systems
