Job Title: Geo Lead - Solutions Development, Mobile Technical Services
Location: Bangalore
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Geo Lead to drive solutions development and sales excellence within our Mobile Technical Services division across India. This strategic leadership role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen, requiring a professional who will develop innovative solutions while maximizing sales performance across diverse client markets. The ideal candidate will bridge legacy building systems with cutting-edge technology and IoT platforms to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Sales Development Lead and manage the Solutions Development (SD) Team for Mobile Engineering Services in India, developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies that seamlessly integrate legacy solutions with advanced technology and IoT platforms. Build sophisticated sales strategies designed to maximize productivity and revenue generation across the SD team portfolio.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Client Relations Work closely with JLL Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Strategic Partners & Solutions Development Teams to deliver optimal value propositions to clients. Collaborate directly with clients to understand their evolving needs, maintain strong relationships, and identify new business opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Strategic Partnership & Network Development Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners and suppliers to build a robust network of services across the Mobile Technical Services portfolio. This includes identifying new partnership opportunities that enhance service delivery capabilities and expand market reach.
Team Development & Performance Management Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical skills, sales capabilities, and leadership potential. Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance metrics and present strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on a regular basis.
Required Qualifications
Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field. Master's degree preferred for enhanced strategic perspective.
Industry Experience Minimum 7 years of proven experience in managing service sales, preferably from HVAC systems, electrical systems, fire alarm systems (FAS), or original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). This industry-specific background is essential for understanding client needs and technical requirements.
Leadership Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing sales teams and service delivery operations, with demonstrated ability to drive team performance and achieve revenue targets.
Core Competencies Proven track record of improving sales efficiency and driving measurable business results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships. Experience with project management tools and methodologies is essential.
Desired Skills & Experience
Industry Specialization Deep industry experience from HVAC systems, electrical systems, fire alarm systems (FAS) companies, or OEMs is highly preferred. This background provides critical understanding of technical service requirements and client expectations.
Facilities Management Advantage Experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry will be considered a significant advantage, as it provides valuable insights into integrated service delivery and client relationship management within the built environment sector.
