Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and technology-driven leader to head enterprise applications, digital initiatives, and corporate data architecture.

This role will serve as the technology partner for corporate functions (Finance, HR, Legal, Risk, Facilities, etc.), ensuring scalable, secure, and data-driven solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Business Partnership

• Act as primary technology partner for corporate teams
• Drive digital roadmap planning and prioritization
• Manage demand intake, requirement scoping, and ROI analysis

Enterprise Applications & SaaS Governance

• Own end-to-end SaaS lifecycle (evaluation, implementation, integration, operations)
• Govern application infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and vendor SLAs
• Ensure system interoperability and enterprise standards compliance

Process Automation & Implementation

• Identify automation opportunities and re-engineer workflows
• Deliver solutions using Power Platform / low-code tools
• Lead cross-functional implementation programs

Enterprise Data Architecture

• Define enterprise data models and governance frameworks
• Manage data warehouse/lakehouse pipelines
• Implement ETL/ELT architectures and master data models
• Ensure data quality, validation, and compliance

Analytics & Reporting

• Translate KPIs into dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Looker)
• Oversee semantic model design and data lineage
• Enable self-service analytics frameworks

Operational Excellence & Leadership

• Lead engineering, application, and data teams
• Manage incident/problem management cycles
• Oversee vendor governance and service delivery

Required Skills

Technical Expertise

• Enterprise SaaS ecosystems (HRMS, Finance systems, CRM, Workflow tools)
• Cloud integrations, APIs, iPaaS platforms
• Data engineering, SQL, ETL/ELT, warehousing concepts
• Power BI / Tableau dashboarding
• Automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath, etc.)
• Data security & role-based access governance

Leadership & Functional Skills

• Business partnering & stakeholder management
• Program/project management for mid-large implementations
• Strong executive communication & vendor negotiation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering/Computer Science
• MBA preferred
• Certifications in cloud/data/program management (good to have)
