Director DFRC Future of CFO in Banking

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports , ensuring the overall financial health of the bank.
• Lead initiatives to optimize the banks capital structure , manage costs effectively, and allocate financial resources to maximize performance.
• Run multiple financial scenarios to forecast potential outcomes under different market conditions, ensuring preparedness for various economic climates.
• Understand the role of fintech in transforming traditional banking models and drive the integration of innovative financial technologies.
• Advise clients on financial operating model redesign , digital finance, regulatory changes, and process automation.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals and responses to RFPs .
• Drive the sales cycle and secure new consulting engagements.
• Lead the development of offers and consulting assets to support pre-sales, GTM pursuits, and capability demonstrations.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• He/She/They should be willing to take on a committed engagement role or client-facing advisory/delivery responsibilities while implementing our offers/solutions with our local and/or global teams.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) are strongly preferred.
